2026: Divine Alignment : Ep. 6: How Heaven Is Positioning You for 2026

1:01 Welcome to episode 6 of 2020's year when heaven and earth intersect. I'm your host Connie Morris and today's topic will be on the divine alignment. How heaven is positioning you for 2026. I like that. It's like how heaven is positioning you for 2020. In episode 5 we talked about the remnant God is raising up. But today we step into the mechanics of heaven. We're stepping into the mechanics of heaven, the divine alignment, how heaven is positioning you for 2026.

1:42 Because heaven never releases glory without first establishing alignment. 2026, the Hebrew year 5786 is not only a year of shaking, crossing, and separation. It is a year of heaven's precision, a year where God began to reposition his people like pieces on a divine chessboard. Nothing accidental, nothing is random, and nothing is wasted. God is aligning you and me for purpose, protection, promotion, provision, and prophetic fulfillment. This episode will help you discern what God's aligning in your life right now. How powerful is that?

2:28 That God, before he gives you anything, before he does anything, he makes sure you're ready to receive it. This year is not accidental. We've been waiting for this year for I don't know how long. We always have the rhythm, like this year will be this, this year will be that. But for some reason, I just believe that that's the way this anointing is resting upon me. It's very, very heavy. That this is going to be a very serious year. Some things are going to be shaking, and it's going to shock you. Some things are going to be crossing. It's going to shock you. And a separation is going to shock you. But remember, God is positioning us, positioning me, positioning you for purpose, for protection, for promotion, for provision, and for prophetic fulfillment.

3:18 So in the Hebrew year 5, 7, 8, 6, the year of God's divine order, 5, 7, 8, 6 in Hebrew, symbolism points to God. Borders, boundaries, structures, order, alignment, the place where heaven marks a thing, and a divine arrangement of people, places, and assignment. This is a year where God says, I am putting everything in its correct place. Things that were out of order come into order. Things that were scattered come together. Things that were hidden are revealed. Things that were misaligned are corrected. Heaven is aligning with earth. And heaven is aligning you and heaven is aligning me. Do you feel that?

4:03 How that is so powerful that God is reaching down. He's not reaching down. He's coming down. We read through the Bible that God comes down and he looks around. So he's not an absentee father. He's a father, a hands-on father, a hands-on Abba father. So he's coming down. And everything we've prayed for, everything that we, it's not like a Christmas is kind of like a one-day thing. We spend all our time for that one day and we open our gifts and it's over. I think 2026 is going to be every day God is going to surprise us with something. This episode will help you discern what God is aligning in your life right now. What is he doing? And, you know, I mentioned this already, but Hebrew symbolism points to borders, boundaries, structure, order.

4:52 Alignment, the place where heaven marks a thing, the divine arrangement of people. Places, and assignments. This is a year where God says, I'm putting everything in its correct place. Things that were out of order come into order. Things that were scattered come together. Things that were hidden. Are revealed and things that were misaligned are corrected. Heaven is aligning with earth and heaven is aligning with you. God always positions before visitation. Psalms 37.23 tells us that the steps of a good person are ordered by the Lord. Your positioning may confuse you, but it's not confusing to God.

5:37 Proverbs 19.21, many plans are in a person's heart, but the Lord's purpose will prevail. In 2026, your agenda bows to his alignment. 1 Corinthians 14.33 reads, For God is not the author of confusion, but of order. Where there is confusion, God is realigning. Isaiah 30.21, You will hear a voice behind you saying, this is the way, walk in it. Evan will give step-by-step instructions, 57, 86. And finally in Romans 8, 28. And we know that God works all things together for good.

6:18 Alignment is often the rearranging of things you didn't understand. What is God aligning in 2026? Number one, relationships. That seems to be a reoccurring theme in the episodes. God will remove those who cannot go with you and send the name of a person assigned to you. Wow. God is sending relationships. He's straightening it out, removing the wrong ones and setting in the good ones. Alignment first begins with people. The second thing that he's aligning in 2026 is your mindset. Old beliefs cannot carry new assignments. 5-7-86 confronts limitation.

7:01 Fear, doubt, insecurity, and small thinking. You cannot enter a divine year with a human mindset. I just finished a series on the mind of Christ. So you're ready for this. You have the mind of Christ. And so as we enter in 2020, we want to keep that mindset. Number three, your spiritual sensitivity. God is tuning your ears to heaven. Your old level of discernment is not enough for 2026. Number four, your location. Some will shift spiritually, some emotionally, and some physically. Alignment may mean a season of relocation, restationing, or divine placement.

7:45 Get ready, 2026. It's a year of shifting of spirituality, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. It says some will relocate, restation, or divine placement. This is so good for me because I was number one on promotion for a position at work. Everything, everyone shows me as the next leader, and yet my boss shows the least qualified one. And so the Lord spoke to me this morning and he says like people are being chosen even though they're least qualified because Satan is putting his team in order.

8:29 But what they don't realize is that when God's glory come, when that person who's in leadership can't handle what God is bringing, they lose everything. So wrong choices. But when he mentioned it to me, I just kind of And listen, because even though you may have lost a promotion, maybe you have felt sheeted out of a position or you didn't get the job you so desire. Don't worry about it, because this year, 2026, when the clock strikes 12, be ready for what God is getting ready to do or line you up with where you're supposed to be anyway. It won't take as long. You don't have to work as hard because I know I studied hard for that promotion and I didn't get it.

9:11 It was heart-wrenching, but then I let it go because I realized I lost it, but maybe God closed that door for a reason. Maybe he's shifting me into something new, and I'll let you guys know what that shift is because I'm still in the middle of it. Number five, you're calling an assignment. God is clarifying what he called you to do and cutting off what was distracting you. Number six, your resources. Finances, opportunities, and partnerships are being placed exactly where they need to be. Number seven, your heart. God is aligning. Your inner life with your outer assignment. He is healing what was broken and uprooting what was toxic.

9:55 So what is God doing in 2026 under this alignment? So remember, I want you to remember this, your relationships. So get ready for some shaking in your relationships, your mindset, your spiritual sensitivity, your location. I'll put a star by that one. Your calling, another star by that one. Your resources, another star by that one. And another one's your heart. God is aligning your inner life with your outer assignment. He's healing what was broken and uprooting what was toxic. How heaven positions you. I love this. Heaven aligns you through closed doors, not punishment, protection.

10:36 Like I just mentioned, that door was closed. But it reminded me of a time when I'm praying for it, really using my faith for it, believing God is going to promote me in this position. And yet that door closed. And closed doors are not always a bad thing. Closed doors could also mean protected doors. And then he's going to open doors. Assess a sign only by God. Some positions you're going to get, you're going to look and go, oh my gosh, I got this job. You know, you're going to be amazed. Why? Because only God is the one, the author of the doors. He closes them and he opens them. Delays. Heaven positions you for delays. Divine timing rearranges destiny.

11:20 So be ready for it. If you've been waiting for something for a long time, it's going to be this year where that delays. And no more delay, no more delay. Acceleration. When alignment is complete, speed increases. Discomfort. God moves you when you refuse to move. And how does he do that? He just closed doors. You just become uncomfortable in places. You know, you feel yourself like this walls is too small. And you start to clean out your office. You start threading through things because things are shifting. And you know it in your heart, but you can't really put your finger on it, but you will be able to put your finger on it in 2026. The revelation, sudden clarity appears where confusion once lived.

12:05 When you have this revelation, You're like, yep, I need to go. And he says, Connie, the devil is putting people in positions, but those people in positions are not going to be strong enough to handle what's coming in 2026. And so pay attention, pay attention. When that door closes, don't keep knocking on it. Don't keep saying, I'm going to go to HR. I'm going to do all this. You know what? Let it just sit because God has something else for you. He has something else for me. And in separation, God disconnects you from what threatens your future. Every alignment is intentional. Every shift is strategic.

12:45 And every repositioning is prophetic. So how is heaven positioning you? I'm just going to go through these real quick. Close some doors. Open some doors. Delays. Acceleration. Discomfort. Revelation. Separation. Signs you are in divine alignment. Even though everything feels like you're lost, I don't know where I'm going, I don't know what I'm going to do, I don't even know why I'm here. God says, don't you worry about that. That's my job, to get things in alignment. You feel pulled towards deeper prayer. This is how you know God is doing something. You feel like you got to pray more. You know, things that once entertain you, you feel like you want to pray more.

13:27 Maybe you said, I need to fast more. Certain people no longer fit. You have lost tolerance for spiritual compromise. Your hunger for God is increasing. You sense urgency to prepare. That was a strong sense this morning. The urgency to prepare. It says you are seeing confirmation after confirmation. God is confirming his word. You feel holy discomfort in the wrong places. You feel peace even in the unknown. I can say I feel peace even in the unknown. I went to this interview and I have a lot of skill sets, don't get me wrong. But when they gave me the interview, I had such peace.

14:09 And when I answered the questions I answered in peace. Then they called me for a second interview, which was a tour of the facility. And I was like, dang, I can fit right in here. I'm not nervous. I'm not fretful. I just felt like this is where God wanted me. He didn't want me in that promotional space. He wanted me in this space, which I'll probably know within the next three to five days, the Lord said. Your discernment is sharper. You know change is near even when you can't explain it. So we know that you are, God is very patient God, but things happen, you know when it's God. Am I right? And so I just listed some signs you are in divine alignment.

14:53 Just want to go back through those so you can listen and see where you fit in this alignment for 2026. You feel towards deeper prayer. Certain people don't no longer fit. You have lost tolerance for spiritual compromise. Your hunger for God is increasing. You sense the urgency to prepare. You are seeing confirmation after confirmation. You feel a holy discomfort in the wrong places. You feel peace even in the unknown. Your discernment is sharper. You know change is near, even if you can't explain it. These are not random sensations. This is heaven aligning your spirit with your assignment.

15:39 See how even though it's not the new year yet, God wants us to get ready. It's like when you get ready, if you ever raced or ran track and field, I ran track and field, there's a point behind the line. I don't run speed because I'm not a speed racer, but I can run distance. So when you run distance, you don't start out in those start positions. You start standing up. You stand up by the line, by your space, you know, in your lane. And so you know when it's time to go, right? You go like, you can sense it. That's how it's going to start out just like that. The whistle, I can't even talk. And when the clock strikes 12, God's going to blow the whistle for the race.

16:22 And it's going to begin just like that. So how do you respond to heaven's alignment? You know, besides that you are in alignment, let's go through that one. You feel a pull towards deeper prayer. Certain people no longer fit. You have lost tolerance for spiritual compromise. Your hunger for God is increasing. You sense the urgency to prepare. You are seeing confirmation after confirmation. You feel a holy discomfort in the wrong places. You feel peace even in the unknown. Your discernment is sharper, sharper, and you know the change is near even if you can't explain it. So how do you respond to heaven's assignment, heaven's alignment? You want to yield.

17:03 Stop fighting God. Stop fighting what God is shifting. If you know that God is going to move you out of that office, if you know that you're going to be looking for another job, then stop trying to stay comfortable. Start cleaning out your office, thinning out things, taking a little bit home at a time. Just call it a purge, a spring purge. Because when it's time for you to go, you won't have time to take everything. So go through all your stuff that you need, that you think you need or don't need, and start just taking a box home every other day. And get ready for God's change. So yield to him. Stop fighting it. And you know you're fighting it because you're like, no, Lord, I thought we were going to do it this way. And you're resisting him.

17:44 Don't miss him like the foolish version. And he says, I don't even know you. Because when you're disobedient in the slightest way, you're saying, God, I don't trust you. I want to do it my way. My way is best. Number two, obey immediately. Delayed obedience disrupts alignment. This is for me. This is all for me too. Release old things. Alignment requires uncluttered hands. I started cleaning out my office. Don't know why. Just started cleaning it out. And a lot of times, I only been there six months. You collect a lot of stuff in a short period of time and start cleaning up, making sure everything is clean, throwing things away, purging things. Number four, strengthen your prayer life. Alignment is born out of intimacy.

18:27 So stay sensitive to the Holy Spirit. He will whisper directions. Expect supernatural order. God is arranging your life like a master builder. God is setting things in order. I've been waiting for this time in my life And I share with you that Jeremiah 29 11 is my life Scripture 11 through 14 Is what I do I seek After my whole heart That I will be found by You Lord and I have found them I'm at 300 About 15 devotionals. And I only started out with writing devotionals for my mom. I wrote the first 40. And he says, Connie, I want you to start a podcast.

19:08 All I had was a laptop. Went and bought a mic and some type of little system. I didn't know what I was doing. But you know what? The Lord did. And he honored it. And right now, my podcast is doing well. It's doing very, very well. Let's get into a prophetic decree and repeat after me. Father, align me with heaven. Every relationship, every thought, every door, every assignment. Bring it into divine order. Place me where you want me. Remove what you did not choose. Position me for your glory in 2026. I yield, I trust, and I obey in Jesus' name. Let's pray. Lord, thank you for the divine alignment of 5786.

Align our assignments. Bring order where there was confusion. Bring clarity. Bring clarity where there was uncertainty. And prepare us for the greatest move of God we have ever seen.
