Like Jabez, many of us have carried pain, labels, and stories that try to define who we are. But pain does not get the final word. Jabez prayed, and God answered. He asked God to bless him, enlarge his territory, keep His hand upon him, and protect him from evil.

And Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that God still has good plans for our lives — plans of peace, hope, and a future.
