Walls Must Fall; Final Episode: Walls That Hold No Power: Consecrate and Commit

I'm your host, Connie Morris, and today is the final of the final episode of the Walls Must Fall series. I wanted to have this particular episode as a standalone of our consecration and dedication decrees so that you can listen to these decrees alone without, you know, without the extra verbiage, just to build yourself up on what God wants to do in your life. Okay.

1:27 And so it's going to be a shorter episode, but it's going to be a powerful episode just to build you up. And I hope you had a great time and we're going to get ready for a new series. And I haven't decided what that's going to be yet, but let's just stay focused. And so there is about 10 decrees, 10 decrees for consecration and dedication. And just to remind you, just to steer you up of what you have experienced. In these last 12, 13 episodes. So let's get started. These declare that your life, mind, and body are set apart for God's use. I decree that I am set apart for the purpose of God. I am not common. I am holy.

2:12 I belong to the Lord. I will not be defiled by the world. Leviticus 20, 27. I decree that every unclean attachment is broken. I release ungodly habits, mindsets, and soul ties. I am purified in thought, word, and deed. 2 Corinthians 7.11. I decree that my heart is cleansed, my motives are purified, and my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 6, 19-20. I decree that I walk in spiritual alignment. My desires are being sanctified. My flesh is being crucified.

2:53 My mind is being renewed daily. Romans 12, verses 1-2. I decree that I'm a vessel of honor, consecrated, sanctified, and ready for the master's use. These decrees declare your unwavered commitment to serve and follow God daily. These are the dedication decrees. So I decree that I am fully surrendered to God. My will is laid down and I choose obedience over comfort. Luke 9, 23. I decree that I will not go back. I will press forward in faith, leaving behind all double-mindedness and delay.

3:36 I decree that my walk with God is not seasonal, it is sustained, and I live a life of worship, discipline, and devotion. Psalms 1, verses 2-3 I decree that I am dedicated to the word of God, the will of God, and the ways of God. And no distraction will pull me from my post. Psalms 119, 105. And finally, I decree that I will finish what God started in me. I am committed to the assignment and faithful to the call. Hebrews 12, 1 and 2. I added the scriptures there so that you can look those up on your own, that you can always be consecrated and dedicated to God.

4:25 Let's just do a quick review. It says, I decree that I am set apart for the purpose of God. I am not common. I am holy. I belong to the Lord and will not be defiled by the world. When you realize that you are holy, God tells us to be holy because he is holy. Then you won't get involved in things that are unholy. We understood that Achan decided that he wanted to sin against God after being told not to take anything devoted. And that shrine was what they wore when they worshiped other gods. So he wanted that. He said it was beautiful, but that was part of the world.

5:07 I decree that every unclean attachment is broken. We did that about burning bridges in day eight. Remember what you did so you don't go back. I decree that my heart is cleansed. My motives are purified. My heart is a temple. My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Remember that you are holy. I decree I walk in spiritual alignment. My desire is being sanctified. My flesh is being crucified. My mind is being renewed daily. You have to do the things that keep your body crucified. You have to do the things to keep your mind renewed. You have to open the book, the Bible, to keep your mind and body from being always in the world.

5:52 When we're exposed in the world, we might crave some things we used to crave, but we have to, like I said, burn the bridges, renew the covenant, and walk in our authority. And we want to begin to stay dedicated, right? We don't remind ourselves that I am fully surrendered to God. My will is laid down. Remember, not your will, but my will, Lord. Not my will, but your will, Lord. And choose obedience over comfort. We know that when we have to endure, remember, endure the process, that it's not going to always be comfortable. But look what happens at the end. You're building your life on a rock, not on a sand hill that can wash away at any rainstorm.

6:33 Somebody can walk by and just squash it, right? You build your house on the rock, you will last. and then God can build things off of that rock and you'll be so glad that you endured the process. I decree that my walk of God is not seasonal. It is sustained. I live a life of worship, discipline, and devotion. You'll see that, you know. It's not a season to be a Christian, to be devoted to God. That is something that you live daily. It's a lifestyle. So you understand that it's a lifestyle. And then you live that way. You live holy and you live as though it's a lifestyle. It's a dedication. And then I decree that I'm dedicated to the word of God, the will of God, the ways of God. And no distraction will pull me from my post.

7:17 As soon as you say that, you know, Satan comes along immediately and try to steal that word. But when you're standing on that rock, he can't steal it from you, right? When you burn those bridges, he can't steal it from you. There's nothing he can tempt like a carry he can hand in your face because there's nothing out there that you want. Remember Romans 12, 1 and 2 that I read from the Message Bible. He says, so here's what I want you to do. God helping you take your everyday ordinary life. You're sleeping, eating, going to work, walking around life. And place it before God as an offering. Give yourself as an offering to God.

7:57 Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out, readily recognizing what he wants from you and quickly responds to it. God wants you fully committed, not just surface talk on the outside, but from the inside out, right? And then finally, I decree that I will finish what God started in me. Well, God is the finisher of our faith. He's the author and finisher of our faith. So he needs our dedication. He needs our consecration. Most important, he needs our commitment to follow the call. So let him finish what he started.

8:43 Stay consecrated, you stay dedicated, and you stay committed. And you're going to see God do what he does best. He's going to show up and he's going to show out.
